WHY IS MY COUPON NOT WORKING?

If your coupon is not working, the reason will be given when you try to apply the coupon code. Common reasons include: 1. The coupon has expired. 2. The coupon may have been used already. 3. The coupon can only be used a limited amount of times and has reached this limit. 4. The coupon code has been incorrectly entered. 5.The items in your cart can not be used with the coupon. WHY HAS MY ORDER TRACKING STATUS NOT UPDATED?

Tracking numbers can take 3-5 days to appear in the shipping carrier’s system.

Tracking updates can be delayed when the parcel is:
1. Going through local customs clearance procedures
2. At the post office sorting center
3. Held up by uncontrollable factors including, such as labor strikes, bad weather, politic issues,etc.

If you experience any delays in tracking updates, we recommend you check the estimated delivery time. If your package is taking longer than schedule, please contact us.

WHY HAVEN’T I RECEIVED MY ORDER?


A. Your order has not shipped out yet. We recommend you check the status of the order in your Account. Go to: View orders –My orders.
B. Your order is in transit, and it is within the estimated delivery time, please wait, in most cases orders will arrive within the estimated time. If your order has not arrived and it is taking longer than the estimated delivery time, please contact us.
C. Your order may have been returned for the following reasons:
-The courier attempted to deliver to you but could not find you to sign for the delivery.
-The shipping address is incorrect or incomplete.
-The package was rejected during customs clearance.
D. The item is lost in transit.

I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER, WHY IS THE TRACKING STATUS SHOWING AS DELIVERED?

Possible reasons include:
A. The delivery address is incorrect .
B. Someone else has signed for the parcel.
C. The parcel has arrived at your local post office and will be delivered in 1-2 business days.
D. The parcel has been delivered and left in your mailbox.
If the shipping address is incorrect, please contact us.
If the shipping address is correct, we recommend you check your Mailbox and look around your property to be sure it has not been left outside. If you can not find the package, please contact us.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Orders typically ship within 5 to 10 business days. For international orders, transit will take an additional 1 to 2 weeks.

Orders from the US: Delivery date and time are approximately 2-4 weeks from shipping date (depending on how strict the Customs in your State is).

Orders from outside the US: Delivery date and time is approximately 4-6 weeks from shipping date (depending on how strict the Customs in your Country is).

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We ship internationally via FedEx and the U.S. Postal Service. Just enter in your shipping address in the shipping information section of the order process, and use the Country dropdown to select your country from the list that appears.

International shipping timeframes can be harder to estimate accurately (compared to domestic shipping), because of the many factors involved. Generally, USPS First Class Mail International can take anywhere from ten days to three weeks to arrive at the destination country, and customs can take 3-10 days after that. All in all, it’s usually best to place an international order as early in advance of the time you need it!

We offer expedited international shipping on our site as well; USPS/DHL lists the delivery time for Priority Mail International, the next step up, as 6-10 business days. USPS Express International Mail lists 3-5 days for delivery. You can visit USPS’s International Shipping page for more info.

International shipping rates are determined by the United States Postal Service, and usually start at $4.99 USD.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has shipped, we will send you another Shipping Update email with your tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided.
Tracking information may not be available for the first couple of days after you receive your Shipping Update email. Several days may pass between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.

HOW LONG I CAN RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Our shipping center processes orders Monday-Sunday. We offer various shipping options: Air Parcel Register, Priority Air Mail, Expedited and EMS.
Air Parcel Register (10-30 business days): Your order will deliver to you in 10-30 business days (Monday – Friday) from the date it was shipped. You will see your package no later than the 30th business day.
Priority: Shipping time varies from different regions. Please navigate to our Shipping Methods for more specific information.
Expedited and EMS: Your order will deliver to you in 5-8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will see your package no later than the 15th business day.

You will receive an e-mail stating that your order has shipped.

Note: Non-business days are Saturday, Sunday and local holidays in destination country/region.

RETURN & REFUND

HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

What is your cancellation policy?

You have 6 hours of the same day to cancel your order and receive a refund after your purchase. If you try to cancel your order after you received a Shipping Confirmation email, we will not be able to issue a refund as the item has already been packaged and shipped out to you.

What is the return policy?

If your product is damaged or defected, please kindly email us with the subject line “Return: Damage or Defected item with your order #” along with a photograph so we can immediately look into sending you a new one.

The return policy will only apply to damaged items or products that have any manufacturing problems. We will not make any refunds or changes once the product has been successfully delivered in normal condition.
